Vapor Blasting

In the paddock, a clean bike isn’t just about vanity it’s about maintenance, inspection, and performance. We offer professional Vapor Blasting (also known as Aqua Blasting or Wet Blasting) specifically tailored for race and track day machinery.

Unlike aggressive dry blasting that can alter dimensions and ruin bearing fits, our vapor blasting process uses a precise slurry of water, compressed air, and glass bead media. This creates a scrubbing action rather than an impact action, ensuring your high-performance components are cleaned without losing metal.

Preserves Critical Tolerances: Safe for gasket faces, bearing bores, and piston lands. It cleans without removing the underlying material.
The “Factory” Satin Finish: Restores aluminum, magnesium, and titanium components to a better-than-new, uniform satin sheen.
Surface Peening: The process actually “peens” the metal surface, closing the pores. This makes engine cases, carburetors, and calipers resistant to staining and much easier to wash down after a messy race weekend.
Crack Detection: By stripping away years of oxidation, grease, and road grime, vapor blasting reveals the true surface of the metal, making it essential for inspecting stress fractures during an engine refresh.

Race / Trackday builds

Building a competitive race bike requires more than just bolting on parts—it requires a system-level approach to performance, ergonomics, and reliability. Whether you are converting a standard road bike for your first track day or commissioning a full-spec race machine for the upcoming season, we bridge the gap between street bike and factory racer.
We specialize in transforming standard road motorcycles into precision track instruments. We don’t just build bikes that are fast; we build bikes that are reliable, compliant, and tailored specifically to your riding style.

Consultation & Spec: We discuss your budget, class regulations (Clubman, Superstock, etc.), and goals to design the perfect package.
Strip & Prep: Careful removal of all road-going equipment (lights, mirrors, emissions), wiring harness modification, and chassis inspection.
Suspension & Handling: Installation and setup of race cartridges, rear shocks, and steering dampers, dialed in for your weight and pace.
Race Bodywork: Professional fitting of race fairings, seat units, and tank covers, ready for livery.
Ergonomics: Adjustable rearsets and clip-ons positioned to give you maximum leverage and comfort.
ACU Compliance: Full safety wiring (lockwiring) of critical components, rain light installation, and catch tank fitment to breeze through scrutineering.

Maintenance

Whether it’s a commuter, a weekend toy, or a dedicated track weapon, every motorcycle deserves mechanical sympathy. We apply the same paddock-level attention to detail to a basic oil change as we do to a full superbike engine build.
We offer comprehensive workshop services ranging from manufacturer-scheduled maintenance to complete engine blueprinting.

Routine Servicing: Don’t let neglected maintenance cost you track time or safety. We perform logbook servicing using premium fluids and OEM-spec filters.
Engine Rebuilds & Refreshes: When your engine starts to feel “tired” or you need to reset the clock for the new season, we offer full engine refreshes. We strip engines down to the crank, inspect every tolerance, and rebuild them to perform better than factory standard.
Most shops just fix the inside. We make the outside look brand new, too. All full engine rebuilds have the option of full case Vapor Blasting.

Race support

To win races or set personal bests, you need 100% mental focus. You cannot perform at your limit if you are worrying about tyre pressures, rushing to change wheels for a sudden downpour, or struggling to diagnose a suspension issue between heats.
We offer professional “Arrive & Ride” style support, acting as your personal Chief Mechanic for the weekend. We integrate into your setup, managing the machine so you can manage your race craft.

Setup & Geometry: Translating your rider feedback into suspension clicks, gearing changes, and geometry tweaks to maximize grip.
Weather Strategy: Rapid wheel changes and setup adjustments when the weather turns—essential for UK racing.
Scrutineering & Complying: Ensuring the bike sails through morning checks.
Crash Repair: In the unfortunate event of a slide, we work fast to get the bike straight, safe, and back on the grid for the next race.
