The Factory Finish Don’t let grime hide the potential of your machine. Our in-house vapor blasting service restores aluminum, magnesium, and titanium parts to a “better-than-new” satin finish. Unlike dry blasting, our wet process is non-aggressive—cleaning engine cases, carburetors, and suspension components without altering critical dimensions or bearing fits. Get the factory look, ready for the race track.

Karl Toole Immersed in the world of motorsport from childhood, Karl Toole’s technical journey began in his family’s car breaker and salvage yard. While he gained hands-on mechanical experience with four wheels early on, his true passion lay elsewhere: motorcycles.

Karl’s career began in high-performance bodywork, but a shift occurred in 2004 when he won an oval racing championship on a modified 50cc. That victory cemented his focus on two wheels. He rapidly progressed from the track to the paddock, mastering the mechanics of 400cc, 600cc, and Superbikes, including Ducatis. Levering connections within the British Superbike (BSB) paddock, Karl eventually launched his own workshop to build and prepare race bikes for a growing client base.

In 2021, Karl became an integral part of Nathan Harrison Racing, working alongside Dean and Nathan Harrison across Road Racing and BSB events. Following a successful 2022 season, his role expanded to support the team’s new UK workshop and Isle of Man dealership, including crucial support during the 2024 Isle of Man TT. Today, Karl combines his work with the Harrison team with his ongoing role at the Yamaha Academy, ensuring he remains at the cutting edge of motorcycle engineering.
